I mean, they may even have been told, "Stay right here until I/we get back" by their chaperones...

My look would probably have been more disusted and annoyed than smug, and I probably would have tried to create a path to get by. But it does not look like the Indian was interested in passing by. It looks like he was looking for a headline.

I doubt that kid faces any repercussions, but it's possible, and that would be unfair if his group was approached as they were just standing there
