You arguing this administration is pro capitalism? Is that your final answer?

Hmmmm …
“We’re from the government, we’re here to help.”

No. i'm saying that this specific instance...if he is in fact cutting red tape would seem to promote capitalism.
Saying yay communism in response to this topic in particular seems a bit silly don't you think?

There are no “communists” in American politics, at least none that win.
Posted on 7/25/26 at 11:57 pm to Powerman
Nothing about that “promotes capitalism,” of most note being the stark absence of intent to do so by the party in action - who would himself most probably literally laugh out loud at the premise.

It certainly doesn't promote communism either
At worst it's neutral and promotes neither

Funny how he didn't run on any of that.

I’m laughing at how they’ve knowingly or unknowingly promoted just how destructive red tape is to small businesses and the communities they serve. Everyone here is ripping him but there should be a celebration because of what they’ve acknowledged with this article. Which was apparently written by a leftist. The Left, in a rush to write glowing articles about one of their most high profile politicians, has endorsed conservatism and free markets as the solution to people’s economic ills. Just point and laugh at them and see if his voters figure out happened.

Yeah ok, socialism will work for the first time in world history, lol

Not a single person amongst us disagrees with the premise that red tape is bad small business. In fact, I’d bet they extend that concept to all of business, “big” or small. Furthermore, I’m sure the majority of folks would agree that cutting of red tape is quite a bit more noteworthy in this particular case due to the nutty politics and political movement of this particular character.
But hell no it doesn’t rise to any level or need for celebration. This will be a fleeting incident in time and replaced via many, many, many 24-hour news cycles. Neither is it an “acknowledgment” of anything. Acknowledgement takes a person’s intent to do so. They (meaning the actual political figures, not the author of one single article) will deny and lie, say it’s something else, then call you a fascist for it.

Were you following his campaign that closely?
Didn't know you were a NYC resident following his every move during the campaign process

TF does any of that have to do knowing what he campaigned on?

I call BS since a permit equals money, and commies want your money
Posted on 7/26/26 at 3:20 am to TechBullDawg
He has get this right. He will need to tax small business to afford his budget.

I'm just questioning how much you actually know about his campaign. It's a fair question. Unless you live there I wouldn't expect you to know the details of it beyond some soundbites.
That being said, if he is pushing for deregulation and cutting red tape isn't that inherently a good thing? Even libertarian economics rags like reason are happy about this development.

The Communist party USA 2024 election platform is basically the democrat platform.
In our 2 party system they wear the D mask to get on the ballot and avoid the stigma of communism.
This is what you vote for.

Bodega owners will no longer need a separate license to sell the same products outside the store – like fruit and flowers – as inside. Restaurants will no longer need a "superfluous" frozen dessert permit to sell ice-cream on top of the permit already required to sell food. Barber shops will no longer have to renew their permit every year, instead doing so every three years. Street fair vendor permit fees will be reduced, restaurant inspections will be sped up, and equipment registration fees will be eliminated for a year.
If only democrats had not created these onerous over regulations, someone else wouldn't need to clean it up.

Oh please oh please oh please don't keep propping up democrat socialists!! Please don't!! It hurts republicans' chances for election!! And please don't convince all of your friends to do it too!! And please don't do it for all of them running!!

Anyone else find it ironic, they put in a 1000 regulations and then start a BEST department to help you navigate said regulations? Wouldnt it be better to.....ah nevermind that require getting rid of needless jobs.
