So let’s work through this.
They are going to do their regular census. The forms are already in the process of being made. So that’s a given. It’s happening.
Trump gets all this data from federal agencies identifying who is illegal.
Sooooo now we ignore the larger numbers of the census and violate the constitution? Is that what’s going to happen?

I was referencing a comment that this is going to bring down democrat representation and funding. Only saying that actually it will probably hurt red state numbers worse.

You realize the constitution says to count everyone, right? Now unless you use this data to remove people counted in the census, thus violating the constitution, this EO does nothing to impact federal funding and representation.
