- There is no law within the US Constitution that states a census MUST be a door to door event.

- Every child born in the USA is issued a birth certificate and a Social security card. The Tax Reform Act of 1986 required that every dependent age five or older listed on a tax return have their own Social Security number, which led to a spike in demand for Social Security numbers for children at earlier ages. The Social Security Administration developed an enumeration-at-birth process in 1987.

- The census will tell the USA how many people are here.

- The EO will tell us how many are actual citizens.
