To be clear. 100% permanent kumbaya peace. 0 Islamic terror attacks anywhere, ever again. Thus creating stability that would make every Muslim "migrant" leave where they are currently and return to their home countries.

Your premise makes no sense. Muslim migrants wouldn't leave, and you could count on terrorism increasing.
We would also lose many good allies. Some dumbasses here think allies are worthless, but they're living in a fantasyland largely concocted online and by the worst sort of politicians, not to mention foreign adversaries...
