The point is that the SC did uphold slavery, and your position seems to be that position should not have been questioned because "it's everyone's duty" to not question any position the SC has already ruled on.
My goodness, you really need to take a class on government, the SC in particular.
"should not have been questioned" is your turn-of-phrase, not mine. The SC's decision on slavery was followed until succeeding SC Justices ruled against slavery. That ruling has stood ever since.

You don't think eating cake is a physical act?
You have got to be joking.
The physical act "type" I was referring to was the murder or mutilation of a separate human being.
*You're starting to simply tread water in your position*

Well, you're not offering anything interesting or intelligent to respond to so what else am I to do? And what's with the asterisks?

Correct...your turn of phrase was "It everyones duty to follow the SC." My point was, anyone who blindly followed that reasoning, which seems to be your position, that ruling would never have been questioned.

Gah, this is boring. I'm out.

The market doesn't exclude people. An individual might but the market itself doesn't.

It only seems that way because you've brainwashed yourself.
Whats with the asterisks??? Seriously?
The SC ruled I have the right to use them. It's your duty to respect that decision.

So you're saying if some pedo comes in and wants a cake with a design of his face sucking on the likeness of a child's dick then the baker should have to bake it?
That's sick my friend.

Can they? The SC will answer these questions and whether any bakery can deny its gay clients in due time. I predict they will say no, you serve the public at large.
But, can they not sell certain products to the public?
We do not sell country music.
We do not see import cars.
We do not sell soy productd.
We do not sell Easter cakes.
We do not sell gay wedding cakes.
Can they not sell a product, without regard to who the consumer may be. All consumers treated the same, one can buy the product that is not offered for sale.

WTH?
Theres this thing now called social media. Let a merchant pull that more than once, and see how long they have a customer base
Ask Target how that works out. Then ask Chick-fil-a

On the date of the tranny announcement TGT was at 84.69. They are now at 77.25. And that was 3 years ago
In comparison WalMart on the day of that announcement was at 73.69. Today they are at 83.70. They went from 11 points behind TGT to 6.5 points ahead, a swing of 17.5 points
TGT -7.44
WMT +10.01

I'm sure it has nothing at all to do with market expansion from Walmart...
Other retailers have seen similar drops, but sure, it's that policy that didn't bother anyone who shops at Target anyway...

Tell that to Google. And Facebook. And Twitter. And ABC. And the dozens of restaurants and bars around the country who refuse to serve people with Trump hats.
