I love how this is always the gotcha argument, as if there's not a bunch of other states with better natural growing capabilities currently being outright wasted on either non-production, or corn.

I do believe in the Union of 50 states, and should never be broken. New Jersey serves little purpose for cultural importance. Seems like the states only existence is for an escape from the high prices of New York.

Kicking one out won't completely fix things (unless its Texas and it forms its own country i can move to), but it's clear the most mischief comes from California (their people and their politicians), so they're out

I’d like to boot the library’s out of California and reside there myself with a new and renewed Constitutional Republic!
I love that place, best climate & weather, geography, agriculture, mountains, beaches, beautiful women, no mosquitos or bugs, nor humidity!
And to boot, Cali has like the 4th-5th largest GDP than any other country in the world besides the Bigs. It’s too important to “boot”, wish I could live in Orange County as I type this post!
We shouldn’t allow them to take it over like they have, California is like Heaven on Earth if you remove the Communist Occupation

i was in rhode island once and unfolded one of their state maps. it had streets on it. i don't know about booting them but they need to be folded into connecticut or something. they are not a state, they are a county.
