That’s being reported (who knows if true), and JD Vance is seated as President and it’s provable it was Iran, what do you believe Vance would do in response?

Nukes are the only acceptable response.

half of this country are not POS's like you are. they would not cheer and celebrate if an American President was under attack or killed

Half may be a little excessive, but only a little. There is plenty of evidence that while less than half might would be actively celebrating, over 50% would be silently happy.

There's a dolt that owns a home brew business in my state who offered free beer on the day it happens. He was/is being dealt with appropriately by everyone including the general public.

And it wasn’t because of that. It’s because he was illegally importing alcohol from Illinois.

half the population, however you want to define it (fed state local) was not cheering and thanking him for his actions, which didn't include attempting or actually killing a President (which is the standard here).

Total guess but probably tactical nuking of Geographically significant areas of Iran and then pull out entirely of ME.

I agree tactical nukes would be on the table.

I don’t agree that we would exit the Middle East because that would reinforce that we will make beneficial decisions if they threaten or eliminate our political figures.

provide some.

also, "celebrating and thanking Iran (in the context of the thread being discussed)" was the benchmark. Not "silently happy" (however the hell you measure that).

Vance is a Hillbilly, polished up, and made into a Hill William. He is also a US Marine.

Ask yourself what would a Hillbilly and Marine do? Simple answer.

No nukes

It’s either that or a full invasion.

I’d prefer nukes. Zero Americans die.

Either way the consequences have to be catastrophic or it becomes a calculated risk by our enemies.

We don’t even have boots on the ground and you guys froth over the word nuke. STFU

Maybe get Trumps cock out of your mouth and see what is actually going on

And for the record, I didn’t advocate for nukes anywhere. Anyone using nukes IMO should be sentenced to death - US contingent included.

If a foreign nation assassinated a sitting president I think nukes would be in play.

Sorry to burst your insulated bubble, but yes….they are.

And no, I don’t see other NATO countries jumping in to help militarily inbb bc a meaningful manner.

There are reports (probably false) that there was a potential assassination attempt on Trump when he was recently in Turkey. They allegedly decoyed him being on AF-1 and moved him to ti military plan in a service truck.

If you are the leader of the most powerful military in the entire world and have to escape in a damn food truck, you have major issues.

Things would get bad. People would celebrate but the country would fall because it would most likely show the world we don't have it.

At least the anti Trump folks here would get their wish.

So your evidence proves that by “less than half” you really mean “the kook fringe minority”. Thanks for confirming my point.
