I think you have to defend against China primarily and the Pacific Ocean and play defense and containment against Russia.
Then once you defeat China you finish off Russia.

In the most favorable outcome for them they could never advance past the Rocky mountains. They don't have the logistics. Russia is having trouble projecting power in Ukraine, how could they ever project across the Pacific?

It would take about 5000 commercial ships for the Chinese to bring a force sizeable to invade America. They would need an invading force of around 100,000,000 soldiers to do so.

Lots of Russians would be killed and they’d turn back in Alaska before ever reaching a major population center. China would never set foot on the west coast because our Navy, Air Force and air defense systems would quickly set their military back 100 years. A combined NATO force would most likely invade and occupy western Russia. China wouldn’t be invaded but would be financially cut off from the western world and economically collapse within weeks.
It would be less of an invasion and more of a demonstration of the futility of ever physically invading America. Both nations know this and thus it’s an impossible scenario that would never happen. Of course they could try a first strike of nukes but they also know they’d lose that battle as well, so it’s off the table. Those of you who actually believe these scenarios could happen or that we’d get taken over because of the old man in the White House and some pussies in California are self loathing morons.

In all seriousness though, neither Russia nor China have the naval or logistical assets to get very far if they even reach the coasts at all.
Many people forget that, in order for the operations in Iraq and Afghanistan to even happen, forces had to be prepositioned in Kuwait via Germany and Romania.
