I mean , this is the prosecution's side of the incident. Would you have expected otherwise?
The defense will most certainly bring up "witnesses" that counter these accounts. Their decision will be if they decide to put KA on the stand.
Which would probably be a mistake, but it might be their longshot chance of getting an acquittal.

How is this political, and why are there so many threads about race on the politics board?
Race is a "social issue" 99.-someting percent of the time, like this one, and race is only a "political issue" when we're talking about elections and voting blocs and demographics, or legislative activity and legislative demographics and legislative voting blocs.
This board has been overtaken by race baiters in the last few days.

There should be no deals for intentional harm/murder. At the very least he should stew in prison until he is 65/70. Austin didn’t get that chance.

Yes, life, no parole. He’s clearly not fit for society. My example was just to mean one should be locked up for the best years of their lives if they took a life (drunk drivers included) if a deal. There should be no deal.

One side weaponized race and made race a political issue, so now unfortunately we all have to play that game. I really wish I didn't have to keep jumping in to take the "white" side on these issues but these scenarios are always so ridiculous that there's no other choice.

There is no way to claim he didn’t do it when there were tons of witnesses and he told the cops he did it.
They are hoping to claim self defense justified it because they don’t have anything else save jury nullification.
