re: If DeSantis Does Not Quickly Condemn The Political Prosecution Of Trump, He's Finished

DeSantis has a challenge in how he handles this tricky and crucial aspect of the coming election
Only it’s not tricky at all. Desantis will continue to not bend the knee to Trump and his sycophants while simultaneously condemning the actions taken against a former president.
Not that it matters to the Trump absolutists because anything less than complete devotion to Trump by Desantis isn’t good enough.

So much hard truth in this post for the Trump sycophants.
The political persecution of Trump is heinous and escalates tensions in the country beyond the fever pitch we are already at.
However, that doesn't negate the fact that Trump is radioactive to everyone in his orbit. Let him receive the same treatment he allowed J6 protesters and nearly every single one of his allies to endure once they were no longer of use to him. You reap what you sow.
There's a certain karma to that for sure. The problem though is unlike a garden variety celebrity or politician (who are all narcissistic). Trump's level of narcissism is so pathologic it borders delusional, no shite it does. And consequently, he's utterly incapable of shame.

He recovered from a serious injury when he accidentally overinflated his John Kasich blow up doll and it exploded while he was on top of it, horribly injuring him.
So they hauled out the Kasich blow up doll along with his daddy the postman.
So it was a 4some.

I mean I'm making more money under Biden than I did under Trump, but it has frick all to do with either of them

Frick DeSantis either way! This guy is UNIPARTY IVY LEAGUER! If y’all can’t see that, I suggest doing some critical thinking and look who supports him, look who finances him. He can do those things in Florida, but in DC, he would fold like a wet paper bag

If you're not making more money than you were 3 years ago, that's a you problem.

People like SDVTomShelby don't understand how that's possible.

IIRC he was a real estate agent or mortgage broker, so I imagine he's doing significantly worse.
Again, has frick all to do with either of them

This is fake news HHTM and Displaced Buckeye were having a 3some with a Rubio blow up doll & Rubio was penetrated by DB's pen on accident. So they hauled out the Kasich blow up doll along with his daddy the postman. So it was a 4some.
The perverse things y’all think of to try to insult conservatives are sad and disgraceful.

You think like an emotional democrat bitch.
Maybe because you are.

You do some trust planning? Perhaps a qtip, qprt, FLP, Rolling grat? Is that what you’re going for? At some point there is still going to be a tax due if you have enough wealth.
Did you know the Dems have proposed doing away with grantor trust rules? No more IDGITS. Did you know the Dems have proposed a 1 million dollar exemption? Did you know the Dems have proposed an unrealized gain wealth tax?
I know it doesn’t matter to you, but the occupant of the White House matters to those with “real wealth”.

I think that is a bit of an oversimplification and it is tricky. DeSantis has to play this just right. He will be presented many obstacles to try and trip him up. There will be demands for him to condemn Trump; he needs to avoid doing that. He doesn't need to seek Trump's approval but he does have to get the approval of his voters.
Nonetheless, I think we've covered this thought enough as I see this thread has now devolved into Displaced making pronouncements about how much money he has.

It's not difficult. He can come out against this prosecution without even mentioning Trump and giving Trump the satisfaction of a reference.
Just focus on the fact that Democrats are engaging in political prosecutions against some vague term like opponents.

Come on man you know it's not that simple.
You know he is going to be repeatedly asked pointed questions about J6, classified docs, and the NY case, and specifically as it relates to Trump.
