Trump expects loyalty from everyone but gives it to no one. There is no melting, just a discussion of an important point in this coming election cycle and what may hurt or help a candidate. I'll leave the melting, swearing, anger, and venting to others. There's plenty of it to go around, including in this thread.

I don't know for sure if DeSantis will say something about it and if he does, when. I hope he does and soon. I think he's smart enough politically to do so therefore I'm inclined to believe he will.

But the notion that this will not be an important issue in the coming election is incredibly absurd. Even if DeSantis makes a statement condemning the prosecution and eventually wins the nomination, the media will ask him continuously about Trump and his legal actions. It will be covered in debates. DeSantis has a challenge in how he handles this tricky and crucial aspect of the coming election, not just in the primary but in the general.
