Thing with the communist Talarico, running story after story about him claiming he’s winning in a landslide according to polls.

Paxton isn’t Cruz. He has a terrible reputation. And Cruz only won by a couple of percentage points. Texas could lose this seat for a generation like Louisiana lost the seat by running Woody Jenkins. Candidate quality matters.

Texas GOP voters could have chosen Wesley Hunt, and they’d have both gotten rid of Cornyn and easily won this race.
I still think Paxton wins, but why the hell did they have to pick one of the biggest a-moral POSs of the TX political class? Just giving your opponents and the leftist media free ammo all day long.

Talarico has been flooding the airwaves with very positive commercials for two months. I have yet to see even one Paxton spot on TV since he defeated Cornyn in the runoff.
