I think it's time everyone deleted Facebook and Twitter

The companies have done a great job convincing people that the sites are needed for your daily life.
In reality, both sites only incite and exaggerate issues of the day, while being censored and skewed in a certain direction

I've never signed up. I'm not at all concerned about other people's, strangers, daily life happenings and opinions. My life is not influenced by what they do or say so why even bother to give them an audience.

I don't mind Twitter. Good way to get unfilltered news, easy to get breaking news, and sports.
Facebook is complete garbage and nothing more than an Internet space for idiots to feel better about their shitty lives.

Same. I just block anyone who starts talking politics or social justice issues. I am on twitter for fun.

I once checked in every 5 minutes after entering the keys on the way to key west to make some Yankees jealous.
Never found another good use for it after that once people I barely remember or barely even knew started using it to complain about their spouse, politics or the waiter that got their order wrong.

I used to fight liberals when they said outrageous things on twitter...(which is all the time)
then I had a few of them come after me, my business, written negative reviews on google...
scared the heck out of me they would go that far..so I stopped using that account
I created a fake account on twitter so I could respond to these idiots...without them being able to come after me
it's a waste of time but I do feel better sometimes

I got kicked off Twitter.
I usually deactivate Facebook, but I just pulled the trigger and deleted it. It sucks. My timeline reads like the poliboard anyway.

I don't do twitter. I actually got to a spot a few years ago where I enjoy facebook. I had to purge the stupids off of my friends list and only join groups that I like. Overall I'm happy with it.
