CO2 has been injected under Denham Springs for 18 years at a higher pressure than for normal CCS. There is a large pipeline for CO2 that comes down from the Jackson Dome, MS straight south just east of Denham the crosses around French Settlement to Donaldsonville then on to Texas for 40 years.
Per Congressional Budget Office, CCS has been in Ascension Parish since 2013 with PCS Nitrogen for EOR. The only difference between EOR and CCS is the phucking well classed by the EPA. That's it. The Denham EOR is about to become CCS with CO2 from Donaldsonville. The only difference is where the CO2 comes from.
I'm sure the retard rural good ole boy network ain't happy about this new $100 billion either. They are not in control and not making money off of leaks from their friends in office. One o the members of Save My Louisiana all but admitted this. He called insider info Capitalism

During Edwards first two terms, workers building offshore platforms and modules for topsides were making more than union scale. Even with racists attitudes, black machinists were making union scale in non union jobs. Money flowed bigtime. State money flowed to NOLA so Edwards could get his second term.

This is such a overly tremendous situation/improvement for Louisiana, its unreal. If Louisiana would quit stepping on its own dick, and let Landry get the tax changes thru that are needed, we could launch this situation into becoming property tax free, like Texas and Florida.
I hope we learned from others...dont bring in 10k Mexicans to do work. The lasting effects of that would be a disaster

They have to launch from a coast. Preferably someplace isolated from major population centers because safety and noise. The trajectories are better launch to the east and south as opposed to the west. Louisiana also has a ton of natural gas and refining capability needed to make rocket fuel. If you plan on launching dozens of ships per day you can’t really just truck it all in. Also they need the water from the sea for the water deluge systems to absorb the power from the rocket engines.
