Where’d the hour go Sally? Are you on a 23 hour day now?

I think I'm on a 25 hour day right now... then a 23 in the spring. hell if I know. Time change hurts more in the Spring.

Yes. People that wan't it to be light at night time are strange. As if lights aren't a thing.

Why not split it down the middle and eliminate it for good?

I'm good with getting rid of DST and staying in standard time IF workplaces, schools, businesses, etc. adjust their hours up an hour permanently.

I hate the spring forward. I dont mind it getting darker later but it is a bitch for m to adjust.. every year it takes me like a month to adjust

That is not normal. I don't suggest you ever attempt to fly to Europe. You may not survive.

Even if it were true, I’d never admit it. How mentally and physically weak do you have to be to need a month to “recover” from a one hour time change?

What a pussy.

Oh how I hate losing that hour. Mondays are hard enough without losing a whole as hour of sleep.
Every day is Saturday for me but I don't care which one they use; just pick one and stick with it.

It doesn’t get dark in Texas until about 6. I am cool if we just stick it to one time either way. Daylight is better if you play golf and that’s about it. The rest is about the same.

That is because Texas is on the western edge of the Central Time Zone, places in the eastern and northern Central Time Zone get that 4:30-5 pm darkness.

Let’s just split the difference and permanently move it half an hour.

Dark when we get up.

Dark when we get home.

Dark before we even leave work.

Gee, I wonder why suicide numbers go up around this time of year.

Dumb arse time change.

DST is FAKE TIME created by government years ago. Our current STD time is the real time, so adjust and get used to it. We don't need DST any longer for farm work or factory production.

frick that. Get rid of this bullshite winter daylight savings time. I want daylight to do things after work, and I hate this high sun blaring straight into my eyes driving to work in the morning.

Who wants to go home in the dark?

Do yall not do outdoor activities after work? Cut grass, fishing, house maintenance? Especially in this weather.

Daylight before work is useless to me. Daylight after work is precious.
