I just watched an Afghan man sell his daughter for $2000 to another Afghan man...sick

Real America Voice was talking with Kash Patel (former Trump Defense staffer) about the current conditions in Afghanistan after the Biden Withdrawal Debacle. RAV plays a CNN clip of this Afghan family selling their 10 year old daughter to some old Afghan man, to be his bride for $2000....and it's fricking legal!!!!!!
I wonder if Trump were still president and Bagram was still occupied by the US military with 2500 military personnel if things would be different in Afghanistan? Unfortunately, probably not.

Sadly that’s not the worst of what’s going on over there. Our nonprofit has boots on the ground and we are getting people out but it’s slow and painful. For every person rescued 3-5 are killed for trying to get to us.

My brother in law’s grandfather is British and spent a lot of time in Pakistan. He said he was sitting in a respectable cafe and a guy walked in and announced that he would pay someone handsomely to kill a specific person. Four guys got up and walked out with the guy. The friend that my brother in law’s grandfather was with said that was not an uncommon occurrence.

Read "Into the Land of Bones" regarding Alexander the Great's march into Bactria (northern Afghanistan now). It was 2,500 years ago and it sounds pretty much just like things are there today. That society/culture will never change, and will never be "conquered."

They weren't any different when we had far more military personnel in country for the last two decades. If you think a family selling their daughter to be bride is bad, you wouldn't believe what else I saw while deployed there
