For all of Trumps flaws, his best ability is to make those who he is opposite of take positions that are abhorrent. And they do it without haste every single time.

Now with a middle/independent alignment forming and blacks finally realizing all Dems do is enact policies to keep you just poor and stupid enough to vote Dem, the party has no legitimate base except abortion.
