If that's how you want to justify having paid zero attention to the case material when someone you know you're talking to has, that's fine. I have watched Baron/Ian/Candace since October. That is hours a week every week going over lead after lead, detail after detail. You feel wanting, and you lash out at those of us who have.

I am totally cool with changing my opinion if we find out NEW information, but it will have to be totally new, and I very seriously doubt that there will be enough new evidence that will utterly refute about 10-20 major points that have been raised since his death.

I don't care where the truth is found. I would LIKE for the trial to find the truth, but it is irrelevant to me that they do... except in the event that Tyler Robinson's life be destroyed in the event he is innocent, which I believe him to be. What I am most curious about is the degree to which he was involved, as he wasn't chosen to be the fall-guy for no reason.

Unlike you, I will not accept the mainstream media and news and government narrative so easily.

In the end, it doesn't really matter what happens in the trial. We still have people holding onto the JFK assassination, and that is from an era before 1000's of cameras and interconnectivity from the internet, and millions of people solving the problems together. Moreover, people actually liked Charlie because he was a good human. So, it's more personal.

This will not even begin to end with the trial, no matter what outcome that happens.

Timeline and rifle disassembly/reassembly impossible - He could not have disassembled the Mauser rifle on the rooftop, jumped down in ~6 seconds, then reassembled it in the woods and abandoned it wrapped in a towel.

Discord/text admissions fabricated - Messages to his partner (including during arrest) were posted while he was already detained and Mirandized; someone else accessed his account. Who?

Lack of direct evidence like video — No footage of him actually shooting despite 1000+ UVU cameras and widespread phones; only “sketchy videos” provided. Today, the prosecution has 100% confirmed there is no video of him taking the shot. That ship has sailed.

There was also evidence of AES being destroyed (i think a week?) after his death. This place manufactures explosives and incendiary devices, and there is evidence a unique, rare, small contract came into place RIGHT before Charlie's murder. Very sketchy explosion. Almost 20 people died. This isn't a fertilizer plant. This is a place that has employees that specifically know how to maintain explosives.

The white house also denied FOIA requests about specific flight logs. That is not something they should be able to do. I'm poorly articulating this one, but it is worse than I have explained.

The hospital they took him to was FURTHER than the nearest one. That's odd considering the doctor who received Charlie's body had been recently transferred to this hospital.

Ballistics and wound mismatch — A .30-06 round from the alleged rifle is highly unlikely to cause the observed damage. There was no exit wound. They would easily be able to find all fragments and do forensics with that. It should, at the least, confirm the grain (again i'm not a forensics guy. just making the point they would be able to deduce quite a lot with an entire bullet inside his body).




There's probably 10-15 other critical points that have been raised. These are all off the top of my head.

Let's remember, the defense only needs to raise a reasonable doubt. There is more than a reasonable doubt. And the prosecution should have to answer all these questions, and more. They are going to need a MOUNTAIN of unknown evidence to this point if the defense does even a half-assed job.

I've followed Candace for a long time, I I don't need to watch the news and I don't watch the news. This Baron guy you're talking about is also not someone I watch. I am familiar with what a crazy black chick looks like and Candace fits the description.

The issue that made me really question the narrative is
-30-06 not going through a human neck at 140yds. that is ridiculous

Then you start looking at the evidence presented to us through a different lens.
-the driveway video of him limping because of a rifle in his pants. Even if in 2 pieces, why didn't we get video of him going up the stairs but just got a still shot with nothing visible in his pants but a cell phone? Was his cell phone on that roof? Should be easy to find out.

-No way he disassembled rifle to come down off the roof in that amount of time. The camera that sees him coming off the roof had a wide view of him leaving. That camera should've caught the shot. It had a very wide view and they would've seen him shoot and disassemble.

-The fragments recovered and their spread make no sense coming from a 30-06. I can't wrap my head around that. They should be able to collect all fragments and get a weight. Also I can't understand how there is no exit wound. The only thing I can maybe guess at is that it was a tamed down special load with a fragmenting bullet. Tyler doesn't have the ability to do this.

-why reassemble the rifle and hide it? Has prosecution said he disassembled on roof since the video doesn't show a full length rifle?
