So it was covered last week the Pa Supreme Court ruled people could extend when they vote by mail and also that ballot harvesting is illegal.

But what wasn’t covered is that mail in ballots will ONLY count if they’re mailed in with their “secrecy envelope”.

Dems are freaking out because it could invalidate 30-40% of the mail in votes and 40-50k votes in Philly alone.

Because dems are mostly voting by mail and republicans voting same day... this could be huge

WTF is that? Is it included with the ballot when it's mailed to the voter? Because if so, then I have zero problem with invalidating those votes that arrive in anything other than the approved envelope.

Is mailing your ballot in a "secrecy envelope" standard? I've never voted by mail.

If yes...what's the problem?

Apparently following the rules tend to disenfranchise certain voters...

If you're too dumb to follow the rules, you're too dumb to have a say in our government.

Not to worry, they'll find another judge to allow envelopes without secrecy envelopes.

I believe there was a thread a couple weeks ago referencing a person that led a voter fraud group. That person stated, ballots are easy to get and vote them as you need to. It was the envelope that was the problem. The fraudsters could not gather or procure enough of the required envelopes to stuff a ballot box.

I don’t know anything about mail in voting. Do you have a link to an article explaining this?

Can you link?

Can you also expand what a secrecy envelope is?

My understand is the Dem Gov wanted to do 3 things:

Expand Absentee votes to be counted pass Nov 3
Accept mail ballots regardless of signature verification
Can put more than one ballot in one envelope to mail

What makes a “secrecy envelope” special/secret?

Dems absolutely HATE voter suppression due to minor technicalities except when they are trying to block African Americans and Green Party candidates from being on the ballot

I've voted absentee a few times in Florida. The secrecy folder is where you put your ballot when you're done with it and there's a signature space on the outside. You then put the whole thing in the return envelope and mail it. It hides how you voted and the first thing the counting folks see is your signature. No signature = goes in the trash. It has big text all over it, including the statute in the state's law, that says if your ballot is not signed it will not be counted.

But when interviewed in the hood, all the black folk say they have a drivers license and dey vote at polling precincts and don't have any problems voting. This is all more made up nonsense by the left.

Is that a court ruling which overrules the mail-in ballot procedures for Pennsylvania discussed below?

You mark your ballot. You put it in an envelope marked as such, secrecy, with no other writing on it. Then you take that envelope and put it in another envelope with the mailing address on it.

That is correct except PA courts just threw out the whole signature doesn't match part. Which is fricking unreal.
