Did you read that part that the persons spouse and any previous spouses have to be part of the evaluation? Lol

As if the government needs to be more involved in post marital relations. Find a way to make those relationships even more acrimonious, that will be great for the kids.

Street Sweeper was very OP when released on WZ. As long as it's nerfed, I'm cool wit it.

(3) DENIAL OF LICENSE.—

“(A) REQUIRED.—The Attorney General shall deny such a license to an individual if—

“(i) the individual is prohibited by Federal law from possessing a firearm; or

“(ii) the individual has been hospitalized—

“(II) on account of conduct that endangers self or others.

Isn't that brilliant. So, if someone checked in to an in patient treatment facility for any kind of addiction - say 20 years ago = that person SHALL be denied a license.

Guess what that motivates someone who needs treatment to do?

This is where I wish a rep would take the same bill and put abortion in it just to watch the Ds head’s spin

-abortion registration system
-public database of who, what, when, etc of women that have had an abortion
-licensing
-late term abortion license
-$800 abortion tax
-psychological evaluation of women wanting to get an abortion.

They will have to overcome the Judiciary Act of 1869 and its precedent. FDR tried this to force feed the New Deal in 1937. He lost then and this will lose now.

You don't understand barring military intervention we have already lost. Each of your rights, all of them will be stripped from you. If you even verbally oppose them you will be punished.

If you think a majority of the SC justices, half of which will be appointed by Biden, will save you then you are sadly mistaken.
