Depends on how she wanted to play it... I could see her crashing the economy and trampling the Constitution in a big way... I could also see her saying "meh, it is just the flu" and the media running with it...

No fricking way would she have handled this as well as President Trump. But she would have had the media on her side so we wouldn't really know the severity of the pandemic.

You would have absolutely no idea COVID-19 was a thing.

The majority of the media would have done whatever she wanted. If she wanted panic one day, they would push panic. If she wanted reassurance and ignorance of the problem, they would have pushed that.

In some form or fashion, the Clinton Foundation ( forget any legal paperwork, they both would still control it ) would get massive contracts.As it did in Haiti. The Clintons are hated there as most of the relief money went into the pockets of political allies.

Depending on which conspiracy theory you believe...We would not have gotten into a trade war with China. So the virus would not have been accidently leaked.

Trumps crisis management response leaves people confused. Let Pence go out there and handle the Press Conferences. Trump should do updates on Mondays or Fridays. Give him one hour with Press.
The more you roll Trump out the less effective he becomes.

Complete economic crash as she would not have involved private businesses, but instead had the federal government take over said businesses never to return.
