No it’s the we shouldn’t waste our time getting sidetracked on issues that will never happen. There isn’t a court or judge within the US that would carry out a trial implicating a former president with treason not named Donald Trump. It’s pretty obvious at this point if you have been paying attention

Nothing will happen for sure to Barry but…. They may be able to tie the charge to an establishment underling. That’s what this is all about. Trump gets some revenge in dragging the establishment through the mud one more time. LOL. That never gets old.
My opinion is it’s theater for the next year and implications are pointed at establishment folks for the mid-term. I wish treason was justified here but it won’t be completely. Maybe it will help in the mid-terms.

It's not going to happen for a variety of reasons.
1)No one has the balls to do it.
2)Even if he did charge Obama, Obama is now immune from prosecution.
3)Trump needs a distraction from the Epstein stuff, once that goes away this Obama business will evaporate.

For treason? That's a pretty big stretch of the recent decision. He probably can't be charged with lesser crimes though.
