Paxton will win by 10 plus. Polls are not legit. They are designed to sway your vote.

In your case I'll extend the benefit of the doubt that you' really are this stupid. Don't thank me, you've earned that courtesy.

Watch how this spread tightens or even flips the closer we get to election day. It will always give the edge to the democrats , but for credibility it'll need to be closer to accurate.
Rush was right.

Polls aren’t legit. Fox always shows Repub candidates down a few points.

Republicans are notorious for not answering spam calls and political calls.

Also depends on number of respondents to the poll. Sometimes polls get demographics totally wrong and end up over sampling Democrats or Democratic leaning voters.

I get multiple spam messages every week about how he is tied with Paxton and needs more money.

I do not trust any polling because we have seen time and time again, they over sample Democrats to make it look closer than it really is.

Again, the last time a Texas senate race was “competitive”, they actually had Cruz leading in the polls by more than he actually ended up winning by.

Not saying Talarico is going to win - I’ll believe that when I see it - but your statement is not accurate.

Pathetic. This is the best you can offer to this discussion. No perception of the reality surrounding you.

I'll presume you're a Texas resident, per your user name, but do you read newspaper op-eds? Blogs? Subreddit posts? Talk to your neighbors?

Paxton is losing-- no ifs ands or buts.

When are people going to realize polls dont mean shite... And isn't there a stat out there that Dems are 2-3 times as likely as Reps to answer a poll accurately or even at all? Reason most lean heavy Dem.

Still waiting for something to happen that I legitimately disagree with.

The slow rate of deportations are definitely a dissapointment, but thats not something that would make me vote for a plastic man with doll eyes like talarico.

Maybe some will. Maybe some won’t, but “the other side has bullshite too” isn’t much of a defense for the bullshite you bought. Folks are allowed to get tired of one bad sales pitch without signing up for another.

Nothing I find myself needing to “defend”. I had 8 years of Obama’s bullshite, another 4 years of Biden’s same bullshite and had no desire for yet another 4 years of it under Kamala.

If people are tired of DJT’s bullshite then that will be their one option, a return to radical Leftist “progressivism” on the path to full socialism. That’s it.

If some people just decide not to participate at all going forward due to “being tired of Trump’s bullshite”, then I can’t keep them from complaining about what their future will hold, but I won’t spend too much time listening to them because they chose to sit it out and let others decide that future.

Serious question for anyone.

Other than having an R next to his name, is there anything anyone likes about Paxton? He is probably the most corrupt person ever to run for state office in Texas(at least on a major ticket). He was impeached by his own party, stole money from people, indicted for a felony before pleading.

Paxton is not down in actuality, but he probably doesn’t have a significant lead either. Polls also show Collin’s down in Maine despite the crapshow that one has been for dems. Both will win although TX may be a lot closer than it should be.

Rush always nailed this bullshite.

I was just surprised they are pulling this with Paxton considering how he waxed the floor with Cornyn. Especially after what we saw Trump's endorsement did for him and Letlow.

Of course. It's always manipulated against your side when you are losing. The polls are rigged. Votes were stolen.

It's like when Duke ran for Governor. If you listened to his positions, you probably agree with them. But then there is a reason why Republicans ditched him at the ballot box. He was a scumbag.
