Unpopular opinion here but I liked having the tiger on the field. I get that it’s not Mike but it was pretty cool. I didn’t hear the boos. My section which was right beside the tunnel he came out of seemed to be pretty excited about it. That was a huge tiger and yes he did seemed pretty “chill” despite the noise and crowd.

Getting people to focus on a bunch of clown stunts is a pretty good way to make sure they don’t notice the important issues you’re addressing.
Why would a governor of a state with a lot of important issues that clearly need addressing constantly want to do that?
At some point it becomes a bit baffling - and I’m someone who can appreciate a good political stunt here and there. I don’t think you want it to be all people know and see, though.
ETA: Plus he just pulled one that will be forever seen as bad juju for LSU football. It won’t be forgotten for that reason alone. It solidified itself as part of LSU lore basically - IN A BAD WAY.

He is and will continue to be a a bad Governor. I knew this well before the election when I heard Newell Normad interview him. Newell ran circles around him. Kamala word salad nonsense type of stuff. I voted for Trump. If he picks Landry for US AG it will not end well.

LSU can't play defense, has a mediocre QB and just sucks. It's not supernatural and the tiger is powerless to do anything about it. They just suck.
