The largest investors in investment firms like BlackRock and Vanguard are public sector teaching retirement plans and pensions. California and New York being the largest of them obviously.

These pension plans require firms like BlackRock to invest in companies that represent their values. BlackRock then says “Delta, do all this DEI stuff so the New York State teachers still give us money and if not we won’t buy your stock.” So Delta goes all in on DEI or other extremist leftwing policies.

And it’s not just Delta. It’s the reason why companies like Dick’s quit selling guns. It’s why John Deere celebrates pride month. It’s why BudLight put a tranny on their beer cans. It’s not because the CEO of John Deere was like “Hey guys wanna know what will really boost sales of tractors to farmers? Being gayer than a Cher concert!” No, it’s because a bunch of Karens in the California teachers association demanded that everyone consul tilt leftist retard or they won’t invest.

TLDR: Women shouldn’t be allowed to vote or invest in the stock market.

Women and the need to be compassionate even at the expense of commonsense. Another major reason is the USA has walked away from God. This means they have this God size hole in them that they fill up with nonsense that makes them feel good and makes them seem good.

You accidentally stumbled into some truth here. Progressives are generally unhappy and lonely because they lack purpose in their lives.

As with most cults, wokeism is attractive to these people because it makes them feel accepted and special. The cause makes them feel like they finally have a community and purpose. They are fighting for the marginalized, so they must be "on the right side of history".

Unfortunately, as with most cults, the followers still have no real meaning to their lives. The ideology consumes their whole identity. That's why they angrily (and sometimes violently) attack those who are against them or don't adhere to all of their beliefs. Accepting reality would destroy their worldview.

Woke idealogy. It's a product of the progressive left. For decades people have been warning of how dangerous the progressives and liberals are.
Woke ideology makes no sense. And it's not meant to. It's not meant to be concrete, because with definition it becomes less fluid.
Progressive idealogy is a war tactic. It's outlined by Sun Tzu in The Art of War as a Social Engineering Attack.. It's a method to turn one side of a population against another side.
It's a system that has been perfected by the Russians, and the US. It's referred to Taking over a country without firing a shot.. Both countries have used it with devastating results.
The more fluid and undefined it is, the easier it is to radicalize.
And in case people aren't paying attention, it's getting pretty damn radical.
