for standard apprehension and deportation of illegal aliens. The only exception will be for illegal immigrants who are apprehended for criminal activities.

What if 25-30 million illegal immigrants were removed from the US?
Where would housing prices go, up or down?

Look at all his actions up until now. The state is controlled by Democrats. Republicans had been threatening withholding money from Houston if houston Police werent cooperating with ICE. Now the Democrats hold the purse strings, and they don't want the cooperation. Houston police will no longer cooperate with ICE
