I know all about the 30-06 and at 200yds, I’d expect MUCH more damage.

Thoughts?

I had the same thought. A 30-06 is a meat grinder

My only guess is FMJ?

I also thought FMJ, but the question is all the energy. I saw the video and it seems waaaay off.

Unless you know bullet weight and design, you really do not know.

FMJ...pass right through without causing as much damage relatively.

Anything bonded, over 168 grain expanding bullet, would smash right through anything in a human body and would cause a large exit wound.

A lighter, non-bonded bullet, moving at or around 3000 fps, would do pretty much exactly what the official story says. It would create a violent entry wound, could deflect off of human bone and get trapped under the skin.

I'd originally thought the shot came from the side. It came more from the front. Given the trajectory, I suspect his cervical vertebrae absorbed most of the damage.

I can not envision any way the bullet could have come to rest without exiting.

Unless it was made of aluminum or wood or plastic - then ballistics would have been way squirrelly.

It appears you don't.

It wasn't a 30-06.

From entry it would have blown half his neck out.

Chris Martenson is out with a terrific video analysis that rebuts many of the false claims circulating on social media about who shot Charlie Kirk. Martenson proves beyond a reasonable doubt that it was not a .30-06 round that took Charlie’s life. I am posting below a video of a dummy composed of ballistic gel and a human skull that is a sickening illustration of the actual power of the .30-06. It also was not a pistol of any kind, especially the alleged palm pistol.

My first thought is how the heck did you get your hands on the medical examiner’s report, including autopsy photos and the like? That’s impressive and only buttressed credibility.

I can also tell by the munitions discussion that you haven’t yet -(but will soon and obviously)- gotten the full ballistics and crime scene report from all LEO agencies. I look forward to your final analysis on that, too.

I, for one, am glad I will not have to rely on the legal process to unwind but will instead look for your and other theorists’ final conclusions on what ‘really’ happened!

It will be so much easier than thinking for myself…

That everything isn’t a conspiracy theory. Kid shot Charlie and killed him and should be put down like the rabid dog he is.

His “all about” I believe was that he knows what the officials said the but understood that being a powerful bullet he thought it would do more damage

I’ve shot that round for 50 years. The results looked exactly like what I’d expect to see of a neck wound that didn’t impact bone.. That’s the explanation

That’s the justification liberals use to proclaim the Butler assassination attempt was a fake and Trump was never hit and was behind it.

I’ll wait for the massive onslaught of current and retired homicide investigators and medical examiners to come out of the woodwork, sharing their subject matter expertise on the subject to counter the narrative rather than some rando fan boy on the internet.

to be fair, the human body is remarkable

there was a kid in our HS, who tried to dead himself, but the bullet was stopped by his skull, and it actually just lodged under his skin, and against his skull.

One rather ludicrous theory was that his microphone exploded and that the Joos did it from a button trigger from the audience.

What do you think happened OP?

And a 30.06 round is not a meat grinder. Do you even hunt bro?

Sauce: I have 2 30.06 rifles

Shot lots of deer with a 30-06 at that range. Sometimes the bullet comes out. Sometimes it doesn’t. Never once has the bullet ever blew a deers back out when it did exit.

The only thing Im positive about the assassination is that Charlie's neck wound WAS NOT from a straight shot from a 30.06!
If it was an entry wound, that white banner behind him would have been splattered with blood and tissue.
