Also, Trump discussing some sort of compromise with farmers to have a legal workforce does not equal “amnesty for all”.
People have a right to be upset when certain industries are being permitted to break the law for profits while others are held to different standards.
Anything being specifically done for agriculture or similar industries separate of others is Trump lying to his voters. He is helping billionaires like the “Wonderful” assholes. Sorry that you can’t accept criticism or your lord and savior.

This is the issue that got him elected. If he goes back on it, he's a lame duck for the next 3 years.
This was a factor, but there were many other issues which led to victory. Sometimes you have to be practical atthe expense of purity. Generally speaking its more likely thefruit and vegetable harvesting immigrants are too busy working to participate in gangs and other violent criminal behavior. Its the ones Biden imported and just let them hang idly in governemnt subsidized hotels and food who are the real criminals. Get rid of them first.

You never said Trump would sign a bipartisan amnesty bill.

I made a second comment that elaborates but basically the Cpl. I talked with had two grievances.
One, the coordination/communication with local law enforcement has been complete chaos. Foot doesn’t know what the hand is doing. Conflicting directives even. Coordinating agencies requires well defined hierarchy and structure/chain of command. The directives & even the rules change week to week.
The second point, these guys want to go after criminals. Idk about your regular Joe beat cop, but high level local law enforcement guys don’t want avoidable conflict. They don’t in fact like arresting day laborers & they don’t like having daily quotas. It’s turned into something that is not what they/we were told it would be.
And all that shite on the latter point is coming from Miller specifically. If you know someone high up in active in law enforcement who actually interfaces with ICE, just ask them about it.

I said he wasn't kicking out a bunch of women & children who pick strawberries. I said he'd go after some low hanging fruit with criminals and enforce the border but most illegals were here to stay, because he was never going to be willing to accept the heat. And I was right.
The overarching prediction I made about Trump was that the persona people created for him in their head and with AI art wasn't real. He's not going to wreck shite, he's not going to balance the budget, he's not going to shrink government. I said he'd be better then the alternative but his true believers were going to be disappointed.

I got mixed feelings on this. Some of these people are doing it the right way and exceptions should be made
No questions more than nota are gaming the system

Elon is right. The uniparty is real.
I'm no longer a republican. I am going American Party.
So what does Elon think about this amnesty stuff?
And I intuitively knew Trump wouldn't nor couldn't deport tens of millions of people. Whatever party you belong to is going to have to deal with the reality of this. You nubs!

How is any illegal doing it the right way? Please explain how breaking the law from the beginning is doing anything the right way?

Why amnesty? Why not a green card?

All of the senior law enforcement I’ve spoken to hate this dude & believe he is single-handedly mucking up the deportation initiatives.
Really? From what I've heard this is his life's mission. If that's not accurate can you or the other poster provide details about it? I can link 15 MSM articles on how he's the driving force and the immigration hard-liner.
If it's not him pushing these initiatives than who is it?

You mean like Reagan got credit for giving amnesty and flipping CA blue?

Give them a green card and then a period to transition to citizens. This will be up to congress to figure out.

Everyone chill and don’t panic.
Trust Trump and stop all this.
This is going to be Iran all over again with the Panicans.

Coming into our country illegally is not doing it the right way. No exceptions
Reality is not this black & white.
Jose working at Home Depot who has been working here 6 years with a clean record is not the same as a drug cartel.
We just capped the number of immigration judges we can have in the country, we are passing legislation that makes some legals illegal, and arresting people outside immigration court hearings. People trying to do things the right way.
Just being illegal by itself is a civil offense, and deportation or path to citizenship is fine. But prison in South Sudan isn’t deportation lol.
Citizenship can be cost prohibitive in some of these situations & it’s objectively retarded to compare actual criminals to ppl who just have paperwork issues — or to treat them the same.
Nuance exists.

I don’t think he’s not pushing them. He’s just desperate to look like he is accomplishing anything that he is forcing them to target non-violent criminals just to get the numbers up.

So reward them with the process that people doing into legally struggle to get?
Some of you are so naive or don’t use your brains.

I’m sure construction will get a pass to keep wages low.
