Do you know why the right gets a bad rep? Because they are all narrow minded that it's like trying to reason with a caveman, you're just not evolved enough to be able to put yourself in someone else's position. Right Winger - "grunt" I have Job. I have health care. "Grunt" everbody just like me, so you get job. you get health care. you get no job you get no healthcare. "grunt" Hey numbnuts, not everybody is of able body to work a 40 hr job that provides benefits.
This is what you did in the gun thread:
Grunt...me live in suburb/city
Grunt...me have grocery store, money and cops near by
Grunt me no need to hunt or have protection

They know it’s not a right but framing it that way makes an easier sell for medicare for all. It will also be a magnet for more illegal migration and an eventual larger voter base, thereby allowing socialists to take over the country and never relinquish power

How disabled are you?
Does your diagnosis include any connective tissues diseases?

How many times have I been in a situation that I needed a gun for self protection = 0, make better decisions and you will never need this. I am sure you can spout off 25+ times you or your family were attacked by meth head zombie gang members that if not for your trustee Smith and Wesson the whole family would had perished.

You cut off their handouts and I bet you will find a whole host of those that are "not of able body" today can and will actually work for a living and their benefits...

That’s the same number of times I’ve needed access to healthcare and couldn’t get it..
Wasn’t your entire grunt rant based on understanding not everyone is like you?
I make great decisions..I’m set to retire, have a great family, and little fear of anyone or anything. You are the one begging daddy govt to take away the bad pow sticks and give you free gyno exams

I am not disabled at all, but unlike you I have the ability to be concerned for less fortunate people, that maybe can't work a full time job due to health issues or other circumstance that prevents it. We should not just let these people suffer because they were dealt a bad hand

If you make health care free and the govt pays $5 a night for your hospital room, those business men are gonna close down the hospital and start another business.
This is a true statement; however, as we have seen with Medicaid & the VA; the government doesn't negotiate the bills. They may argue codes and what should be charged, but once that is resolved they pay the bill as it is. Private Insurance companies have negotiated contract rates; therefore, they pay less.
Once healthcare becomes "free" to the public. Hospitals & clinics will charge whatever they want and the cost of healthcare will drastically increase. The individual consumer won't care because they won't see the money come out of their pocket. But our deficit will continue to grow, then the Dems will just raise taxes again.

This program already exists and has been in place for decades.
I had a coworker that was about to have a kid. He had medical coverage through work, but with the deductible was still looking at $7,500. So he decided to drop his insurance through work, and his wife registered for Medicare/Medicaid so they could get the pregnancy covered for free. He was in his mid 20s and this was around 2001 or 2002. They qualified because of their limited income; even though, both were able bodied people that had full time jobs.

Pose it another way....is your life more important than someone else’s life because you have more money than them?

You can be concerned about the less fortunate and agree that a society as abundant as ours should set up a system in which everyone has access to basic healthcare and still not agree that healthcare is a "right".
The two ideas are not mutually exclusive, yet you seem unable to comprehend that.
