I am not saying this is fake news or standing up for this monster.
But what stops a guy with hundreds of millions of dollars that was fired from his own public company, just to start a new company that is private where he is in sole control of that business.
I know some may try to black ball this new business, but in a industry that is hurting some may just look away.
