Am I missing something? The only thing I can see about charges is that the trespassing charge was dropped.
All I see about Rep. McIver is that she broke the law (which she clearly did), but apparently can still "resolve it" without charges being brought.
What happened to "no one is above the law?" How can the Congresscritter resolve this???

I hope Hugh Freeze has seen that video and has contacted her. We could use a nose guard who could bull rush interior linemen like she did those ICE agents.
