Perhaps Wheels should do a little recalibration of his own.

The plan should have been simple.
1. Create a hierarchy of those criminal aliens.
2. Prioritize picking those up.
3. Blast their crimes all over social media, news, etc.
4. Gain the support of most reasonable people.
What's happened is that they picked up a few lawn guys along the way and pissed off the sky screaming blue hair people. Now they can't walk it back.

ICE cannot properly function as long as the funded, trained, ANTIFA agitators are not curtailed. We’ve seen the evidence of the high level signal chatter groups that go right up the MN political chain. This insurgency is unlawful and destructive. This requires a strong, intelligent DOJ to bring these groups to heel. No more blood in the streets. Judicial policing needs to get its footing.

Something that's being lost here is laying essentially federal siege to a city and dealing with all the issues of crowd control and arrest of us citizens behaving poorly isn't their mission. They arent trained to deal with an major part of the city's population actively trying to obstruct them. Its frankly unfair to.ask them to try and operate under those conditions and expect shite like this not to happen. We can blame Minn leaders all we want but at some point Trump has to take responsibility even if.it means sending in the military......or backing Immigration enforcement out.

I said when ICE had to barricade themselves in that parking garage(IIRC NYC) that leadership was letting them down. Once no support from the locals has been established, more federal support is needed. You can't ask those guys to do what they do and not make sure they have enough people.
Same thing in Minnesota. Once local law enforcement hostility/incompetence has been established. You have to bring in more bodies. If not then don't stick your guys out there on an island. Trump and his people failed on that part.
But that doesn't mean tucking their tail and running away.
