A lot of the idiots they are trying to prop up can’t even speak normal English but some obscure hood dialect.
They going to grade my Spanish writing assignments by how hard I work rather than whether I use correct tenses or make grammatical mistakes such as saying “I have 21 assholes” instead of “I’m 21 years old”?

It’s crazy to think that our current racist grading system would allow a black girl at my daughters school to be captain of the dance line, more than likely valedictorian, homecoming queen and getting a scholarship to Harvard. All of these things are accomplished through good grades. On top of that, all of this happened at a school that has been protested at times as being racist, West Monroe High School.

What they're doing is instead of going through the effort of trying to bring the kids lagging behind to a higher level they are taking the easy way out and dragging everyone down to the lowest common denominator.

Anything that expects or grades in quality, uniformity and held to a svelte is racist.
Because those three things rewrite effort. You have to learn a standard. You would need to be able to use the standard well. And you would need to complete the task on time.
These all take work.

Professor can pass them with bad work if he wants but he’s not doing them any favors in the real world. Resumes that are full of bad grammar and misspellings are going to end up in the trash at most businesses.

I'm actually find of telling my students "grades are not wages." Don't whine about how much effort you put in when you make 20 on an exam.
Maybe there is some room for more open mindedness in writing style, but correct grammar and spelling should be a starting point. Arguing that minorities can't write as well is racist.
