Govt now recommending NO jail for Michael Flynn. Maddow is angry

Ex. Special Counsel prosecutor in Flynn case in major climbdown and now agrees that Flynn should NOT go to jail and get probation instead. Sounds like they want this case to be over and are giving the Judge and Flynn an off ramp on the same day Flynn says he’s innocent

Someone with common sense at Justice is trying to end this before Flynn sues their asses off for malicious prosecution.

Flynn is going to get pardoned in December, so all of the crybabies can go ahead and have a good scream.

One year probation with a Special Condition allowing domestic and international travel as needed for employment purposes. Special assessment imposed and no fine. Mandatory drug testing waived.
This should be his sentence in my humble opinion.
Remember, he has already entered a guilty plea in this case so throwing it out is obviously off the table.

F**K THAT! If he hadn't lied to Trump and Pence then Trump would not have been forced to fire him. Which would mean that Jeff Sessions might have had enough of a backbone to resist the MSM and not recuse himself and we could have avoided all of this shite for the past 3 years.

THEY THREATENED HIS FAMILY. THEY FINANCIALLY RUINED HIM, merely for backing Trump.
He risks nothing - he's getting a pardon in 12 months. The government has nothing to gain at this point. Make them take it all back to avoid civil suit for malicious prosecution.
