Very interesting developmments in this case. If I'm Flynn, what are my chances at recovering my damages/money spent? Forget lost reputation, just financials.
Plus, further spending to continue to fight? I'm thinking judge and prosecutors want easy out. Flynn lawyer wants to expose more. If it does not cost Flynn anything may be worth it. However, if Trump loses, his out is gone.

Tha frick you talking about? Trump pardons him on January 19th if he loses. Could be as early as November/December if he wins.
