Judge Matthew Stewart ruled that Karl Manke will not have to close his shop after the state again failed to prove he was an imminent danger to public health.

Stewart said the state did not arrest Manke when he was cited, so he didn’t represent “an imminent health danger.”

“(The attorney general) has not presented any studies underlying the doctor’s conclusion. (The attorney general) has not shown any nexus between the cutting of hair and an increased risk of transmission,” Stewart wrote, the Detroit Free Press reported.

quote:

After her defeat, Nessel attacked Manke publicly.

We want him to discontinue his conduct, which we think is aiding and abetting the spread of the virus,” Nessel claimed.

“Mr. Manke,” she sighed, “He’s not a hero, he’s not a patriot. A patriot is a person that fights all enemies, foreign and domestic, and does everything possible to protect his fellow countrymen and countrywomen.”

“To me, Mr. Manke is doing just the opposite of that and he’s being selfish in his behavior,” the attorney general declared.

Umm, that’s exactly what this hero patriot is doing.

This is the same broad that demanded Trump wear a mask or else.

I believe anything out of Michigan at this point.

Michigan is a prime example as to why the 19th amendment and allowing women in politics is one of the daggers in the heart of America.

Mr Manke likely not only stays open but could probably get someone to sue the state for him pro bono over illegal harassment.

Because there are no men behaving like petty, hysterical little bitches during all this? And no women handling their business with grit, gumption, and intellect, even under duress?

This is the new democrat authoritarian mantra. Exercising your God given rights is selfish behavior.

Does anyone find it odd that this judge demanded the state prove barber shops posed transmission risks, but issued an order to close his own courtroom to the public?

The fact that these people can say this shite without even an inkling of self awareness is simply stunning.

No

Now think a little, I know you can.

Compare the number of people and the seating arrangement in a courtroom vs. a barber shop.

Not at all. Voluntary closure is just that, VOLUNTARY. Govt. edict should be based on some actual evidence, which they failed to provide. You are one of the most moronic people on this board.
