Three pages in and no one but myself has answered the questions in OP:

Question: Who do you currently support, and do you think they should make the pledge? If they make the pledge but then run third party anyway after losing the nomination, would you vote for them?

Bunch of cowards.

This is the difference between Trump and everyone else. All candidates not named Trump will fall in line, “absolutely momma Ronna, I pledge my support for the eventual GOP nominee”.

Meanwhile Trump may or may not pledge while everyone is on the edge of their seat waiting in anticipation for Trump’s decision. Trump loves this shite

Trump now but I can change my mind.

and do you think they should make the pledge?

Sure but make it clear that it is how they feel 'right now'.

I'm like everyone else. I have no idea what will be going on in the future.

You won’t have a conservative option if Ron doesn’t make it through the primary.

The GOPe will have at least 6 candidates at this debate with the sole purpose to take down Trump and attack Trump so DeSantis doesn’t have to.

They need Trump to debate more than Trump with a 30+ lead will need to debate.

Every single candidate should believe this now and on Election Day: Beating the democrats is the #1 priority.

If you believe that, then you should have no issue with making the pledge.

I'm like everyone else. I have no idea what will be going on in the future.

Sorry but this is bullshite. You’re either committed to being united in order to beat the Democrats or you want to leave yourself an out so you can feel comfortable crashing the party.

Sorry, but no one can tell you what they will think in the future.

I can tell you right now that I favor Trump.

I can't tell you that I will favor him on election day.

News flash morons: If no candidate agrees to this pledge and everyone leaves themselves the option of running under another label then we don’t have a fricking party and it’s Democrat rule.

We either have a team or we don’t. You’re either on the team or you’re not. None of this getting all the privileges of the team but then leaving yourself the option to frick it in the arse when convenient.

Same could be said for you, JJDoc, Jbdawgs, FatCucktard, etc. if DeSantis is the nominee. None of you would ever vote for him.

He can't agree to the pledge, it would destroy his brand. I am with you on most things but we should Trump a pass on this.

I can almost 100% guarantee Trump will not agree. The more interesting question is will anybody else join him?

We should be wary of those who pledge to bend the knee to an unknown future entity.

I'm voting trump..and I hope the rnc runs a fair and square primary. As far as the pledge goes. Idc. It sounds unamerican, though. Losing politicians bitching about losing is as American as apple pie. It only became a sin when trump did it for the last election.

If he makes the pledge and wins the nom I will vote for him and ballot harvest for him as much as I would if Ron won. If he doesn’t make the pledge, he’s essentially a rat, and he will be treated as such.

edit: Morons downvoting me because i see loyalty as a two way street. I’m one of the only people here saying I’m 100% backing the GOP nominee as long as they make the pledge.

Without commitment to the team you don’t have a team, which means Democrat rule. That’s why we have parties. You don’t like the idea of a party then fine, stay out.

Sure, why not. We have already given him a pass for:

-Losing to Biden
-Costing us both GA Senate Seats in 2021
-Costing us winnable Senate, House, and Gubernatorial races in 2022
-Not finishing the wall
-Spending like a drunken sailor and increasing the debt
-Almost giving amnesty to illegals
-Praising Cuomo, Crist, and Newsom
-Saying Stacey Abrams would be better than Brian Kemp
-Being Disney's number one cheer-leader until he saw the polls
-Being silent on Bud Light for a while because he owns $5 Million in Tranheuser-Busch stock
-Backing Kevin McCarthy
-Backing Ronna McLoser
