Moreover, why are they so scared of him? The country (and world as a whole) was doing great while he was in office.

Try to commit an insurrection = not allowed to run. Thems the rules.

Going back to the days of FDR, he loved the laws the Nazi party were instituting against the Jews. The Nazi's actually used the oppressive language the US had against blacks as the outline of its laws. FDR was a big fan of Mussolini and the Fascist party. No surprise the Dem's still follow their hero, FDR and his fascist ways.

Are you a troll or an idiot?

J6 does not equal “insurrection” and any honest individual with half a brain knows that.

So I guess you are a troll, but a cousin fricker like you may be that dumb.

Maine and Colorado supreme courts seem to disagree with you. Are they trolls? Is Jack Smith a troll?

Actually, the way it's going, it will be white folk thrown in Cattle cars in about 20 years.

You know.. Now that I think about it, maybe that's why the GOP is actually so scared to do anything. Afraid that the Nazis... I mean Democrats may throw them in jail if they tried to do something... As many people from Trumps group as they tried to frame it is almost, how could you blame them?

This will all get overturned and nothing will change. I find it very funny, that the same guy that the democrats claim will never be president of the United States, are trying to keep him off the ballot because of false claims. I mean, if Pedo Joe won fair and square last time in a so called route, shouldn’t it happen again?

Will you cry in your wife’s boyfriend’s lap when SCOTUS overturns this?

the 14th Amendment grants to Congress - and Congress alone - the power to remove the "disability." Thus, Congress is the only entity that can IMPOSE the disability.

That's not how this works. Congress has no power that isn't expressly granted by the Constitution.

Congress has the authority to pass "appropriate legislation" to enforce the 14th Amendment, but Congress repealed the only law it ever passed relating to Section 3.

Assuming that Section 3 is applicable to the President (hint...it's not [not included in the listed offices])

I think SCOTUS will say it does not apply to the President, rendering all of this a collasal waste of time and energy.

But if POTUS is not an "Officer of the United States" then what does that do to the Emoluments Clause, which everyone has assumed applies to the President?

And what about disqualification after impeachment? The Constitution says you can be disqualified from holding "any Office under the United States". Does that not include the Presidency? Are we saying someone who has been impeached, convicted, and removed from office can still run for President?

Yes, they are all complete leftist political hacks. They should be in some commie shithole along with the judges Barrack “beelzebub” Obozo appointed instead of here fricking up our constitutional republic.

Jonah Goldberg wrote a fascinating book looking at the origins of Fascism as Modern Progressive's forebearer

That is a very fascist move by them. It’s actually fascinating seeing something like this happen in real time.

Thanks for the link to show how Fascism could be considered liberal but it was just info on the book.
I am called a fascist by my ultra liberal friend so I am wondering why I am called a fascist by the left but some people what to call leftist fascist. I think socialist or communist is a better term so I was curious. But I guess others don't know either since no one cared to describe what are the traits of a fascist.
