Actually in a lot of Muslim countries if a Muslim woman is raped the brother of the raped woman gets to rape the sister of the accused rapist. And then both women are shamed and thrown in the trash

Yes, and when Germans search for a Solution to a problem, they like to think carefully, because it just doesn't make sense to spend energy implementing a short-term solution or some solution that's only temporary - the Germans like to think of solutions of a more lasting or one might say - long-term solution to a particular problem, and if we break out the Thesaurus perhaps we can characterize it as something similar to a long-term or finalized or final kind of solution.
It is a vexing problem that calls for some kind of Solution.
OR maybe it's not a problem at all, maybe it's our imagination that this is a problem and that any kind of Solution is needed.
Maybe the Germans really like their Diversity.
