Why didn’t Biden give condolences to Russia after a “terrorist attack”? Regardless of who did it, this administration makes it easy to point fingers when all of their rhetoric is against Russia.

I am not saying that is true or false. The powers that be would love to oust Putin big time. They would need Russia citizens to sour on Putin. How do you do that? Make the citizens live in fear.
