This raises my eyebrows. How would this person know where to enter a vehicle where no barriers were (if barriers are normally there). Seems that takes coordination and lots of planning. All speculation in my part of course.

If secure ones removed, why would this have to be done for something a month away and not wait for a major celebration like NYE and the Sugar Bowl to be over?

I hate Monday morning QBing in times like this but sometimes it's baffling how people in charge don't think of everything. Especially people in a city that isn't new to this and/or a top national target for something like this, multiple times a year.
I wonder if Teedy wrote off any of her foreign travels to "learn about how to secure a city"
