Two Democratic-appointed judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit just ruled that President Trump can’t simply fire intelligence officers hired under diversity programs — not without giving them a chance to fight it first.
The 2—1 ruling, handed down this week, upholds an injunction requiring the CIA and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to let contest their terminations and be considered for reassignment before they’re actually removed. The majority found the agencies skipped their own written procedures when they moved to purge the positions.
Writing for the majority, a Biden appointee confirmed in March 2024 and the first openly LGBTQ judge to sit on the Fourth Circuit, joined by Obama appointee. Dissenting: appointed by George H.W. Bush, who argued the law gives intelligence agency directors over exactly this kind of personnel call — a national security judgment, not a paperwork technicality.
The underlying fight traces back to Trump’s January 2025 executive order purging DEI positions across the intelligence community under DNI Tulsi Gabbard. A district judge blocked the firings within weeks; two of three appellate judges just told the President the block stands.

And about 2 years ago was the time to completely disregard what the pieces of shite say.
Democrats constantly disregard the law and have stolen at least 1 election in plain sight.
Forcing citizens to take experimental fake vaccines is also against the law, yet that happened.
Fabricating data for the sake of overthrowing an elected President and using the MSM platforms to continuously push lies is also against the law, yet nothing has happened nor will it.
Doing cocaine in the White House is also illegal, and crickets.
How many were wrongly arrested and imprisoned on because of Jan 6? Yet, here we are, nothing has happened to the perps.
Literally trillions of fricking dollars being shipped to Democrat NGO's via USAID, yet no one has gone to prison and it's still happening to this day on a grand scale.
Importing 25 million illegals is also...ILLEGAL...yet, here we are, nothing has happened,
We live in an idea of what we think the law should be although we can give 100's of examples of both parties, but especially Democrat/Communists abusing it constantly.
Why are we still pretending that there are rules in this country?
These piece of shite judges should be prosecuted for treason and receive the harshest penatlies possible.
