- there is no crime to investigate
- if there were a crime it would be a state function
- if it were a federal crime, statute of limitations has long passed.
- if they did want to investigate
-- there is no identified place to begin.
-- there is no reasonable timeframe when it allegedly occurred
- the only witnesses are the accuser and the accused.
- the accuser is unclear on how many people were involved
- the accuser doesn't know how she came to be in whatever place it happened,
- the accuser doesn't know any more than what she has already said, and amended
The FBI would have to invent a time machine to go back and check on everywhere it 'might' have occurred and trace down everyone who 'might' have been there during a two or three year span in which it 'might' have occurred.
Sure - the FBI just lives on stuff like this.

Well- The FBI could also investigate the accusations against Keith Ellison. Theres plenty of evidence in those cases. And it should be done immediately. This is not how justice works. She doesn't get to make some vague accusation, hide from it, get to see his testimony first, and then come in behind him.
Kavanaugh deserves to know EXACTLY what he is accused of before he has to go under oath and start denying "all aspects".
