Also, I find it interesting where the money goes... Tattoos - Check ; Unlimited Internets on Phone - Check; Apple products - Check; Grub-Hub or Uber Eats - Check; Money to color hair - Check; then my favorite - all the 'subscription' services these people get nickeled & dimed for.
Did they complain about Boomers yet?
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

I told my daughters from a young age if they keep this mentality, they will have a great life like their mom and I.
1. Seek God
2. Stay a Virgin
3. No Tattoos
4. Stay Debt Free
My oldest graduated EE at Georgia Tech and will marry a mechanical engineer this summer. They both have six figure jobs in Charlotte and no debt. It is a cheat code.
My wife still follows a lot of girls that my daughter went to HS with on social media. Many of their lives are wrecks and they aren't even 25 yet.
My youngest is following the template as well. She's looking at Pre-Med at Ole Miss though. Might be tougher!

This can't be true, because it is a well known fact that Boomers have made a comfortable lifestyle impossible for all young people.
Adherence to traditional values, making good choices, delaying gratification and having a strong work ethic? No match for the Boomers and the fact that they have rampaged through the United States like Godzilla through Tokyo.
I reiterate, even louder this time: REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

They were killed by the stronger members of the era and their shite taken.

There were very few. Everyone was raised tough and had to work from the time they could walk. Only the super rich had kids growing up up like that.

Good advice, but my three daughters are all non-religious; I seriously doubt any were virgins when they were married (all in their upper 20s), though one or two probably have only known their husbands; only one has a tattoo, and it is very insignificant, and all stayed debt free. All three are very successful with successful, professional husbands. The key is to be well-disciplined. The qualities you advised generally go hand in hand with that but are not necessary.

Sadly, I have a niece who is even dumber than that. She and baby daddy work part-time. Her dad died and she used her inheritance to buy an expensive condo in CA and put his lazy arse on the deed as co-owner.
She's about to go on maternity leave and dipshit isn't even looking for a full-time job.
Everything coming her way will be well-deserved.

Except, most people, when faced with starvation and no handouts, will get off their lazy asses and get to work to get some food.

Hopefully DEI is dead now, but I know a lot of couples in that position and the women always get promoted way faster.
It sometimes creates problems and the women put off kids till the last minute due to the rapid promotion process.
The company tells them they are loved... it's a lie.
