I'm betting it's a Swiss bank account.

I am unsure why he would think he gets to decide if we want to know where our money went.

I like how the OP link says IN AN APPARENT MOVE and then goes on to talk about "apparently" corruption.

But the words don't say that.

To me this is APPARENTLY about nothing to do with fraud but with war crimes and I wouldn't be surprised if this is something that APPARENTLY Putin wants put in far more than the Ukrainians.

By the way, why are we know of the mind that Ukraine had any say in this text?

This goes against all other reporting.

The words don’t say what they say?

It is not possible to accurately audit the pipeline of US funds into Ukraine. Congress passed a bill that specifically indicated these funds did not require an audit trail … in other words “no receipts “

Imagine white-knighting for this suck-hole of corruption that has served as a money funnel for the most depraved entities in the West: the MIC and the money lending class which profits off the taxpayer funded Ponzi schemes known as nation building.

Yet we will have some true believers who will soon be appearing in this thread hoisting and waving the blue and yellow standard.

audit where the money went
During EVERY war in history, a percentage of the money and materiel sticks to someone's fingers.

Unless you are naive, you know that when you choose to provide it.

And yet we still do a massive amount of auditing already.

This sounds to me like an internet facebook hoax.

IRS, FBI, State, Defense, Justice, Congress, they all work together on this report which is put together to monitor where the money is being spent.

A bigger mystery is why this hasn't already happened...

Ukraine demanded the removal of a provision in the American plan requiring an audit of all international aid received during the war, WSJ reports.

The audit was intended to uncover possible corruption schemes.

In the latest draft, this clause is gone. According to the outlet’s source, Kyiv insisted on replacing it with wording that grants “full amnesty for actions committed during the war.”

I see nothing like what Nexta has up on its facebook page.

And much of what has been sent lacks the proper documentation for an audit:

Inspector general slams Pentagon for lacking paperwork on $1.1 billion in Ukraine spending…

…The audit by the IG reviewed $2.1 billion in approved funds for Kyiv in 2022. It found that 323 payments, or 67% of the total, either lacked paperwork or were improperly recorded, leaving officials unable to confirm whether the funds were used for their intended purposes

All I see as an assertion, and a denial, I don't see the USA or Ukraine saying this happened

Umerov in his statement Friday denied that Ukraine had altered the provision.
