For a random pleasureless, split second act, this 23y/o will spend years in the pen. It's just nuts.

Life in jail, death by a lethal injection? No to both. The "eye for an eye" approach is more fitting for the animals among us. Drag him to the platform and toss his body in front of the oncoming train.

Under our current system, life imprisonment though I’d love to see someone get the death penalty for it.

NYT did an article, he is back riding the subway.

He had several broken ribs, fractured skull, ruptured spleen.

Hes a 45 year old white guy, though Im sure race played no role.
