FISA court orders FBI to determine if misleading warrants need to be invalidated

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court Chief Judge James Boasberg gave the bureau until June 15 to complete the review, moving quickly to react to a Justice Department inspector general's memo earlier this week that found 29 FISA warrants to spy on Americans contained inaccurate or unverified information in violation of the FBI's so-called Woods Procedures.
The judge's order requires the FBI to determine if the errors were material enough to void the already approved warrants.

All this is is a judge covering the FBI’s arse. You realize that once a judge says it was a little iffy but not enough so that it requires action then all of it is over. Bar complaints go away and everything carries on as business as usual.

Any Defense Attorney NOT questioning the veracity, legality, quality, and over all validity, of ALL FBI evidence presented against their clients should be disbarred for malpractice.

And that my friends is why the FISC is dragging their feet, they are involved in this up to their necks as well, and the Supreme Court for not stopping this nonsense when it was evident for all to see.
So they invalidate it, do the maligned get their lives back, compensation? It should allow those who were punished be able to sue the individuals responsible, not the govt but those personally responsible and gut them the same they have done.

It details errors.
It is his responsibility as judge to determine whether the warrants should be voided. FBI perps violated the court's trust. It is the Judge's responsibility to charge the perps with contempt.
