sounds like the time it will take to "determine" if they are "misleading" will be just enough time for them to finish whatever illegal surveillance they are pursuing

as opposed to "These were based on lies so they are invalid now".

Judge gets off the bench and goes to his office.

FISA court Judge in his office: hey clerk you read all the FISA court warrant applications right?

This is one of the main problems with Government.

Procedures instead of laws.

They have the out by saying procedures weren't followed and we will revamp our procedures.
Then next time the will do the same.
