10,000 steps a day. Doesn't matter how you get them just get them.

Nix high fructose corn syrup now. Never eat it again. It's poison.

My mom always told be to shop on the outside aisles of the grocery store. That's where all the healthy food is. Make your meals from the ingredients in these locations.

When you get a late night snack food craving eat an apple. Or you can take some Metamucil. Anything with a lot of fiber to make you feel full.

Stop binge eating.

Avoid buffets and avoid fast food.

Turn the food pyramid upside-down. Eat more protein and fats and less carbs.

What are some other easy tips?

Imagine if fat people were shamed the way unvaccinated people are.

I propose anyone over a certain body fat % is federally mandated to receivers less food daily regardless of any factors out of their control such as thyroid issues until we are all under the threshold. It’s for their own good after all.

Restricting EBT purchases to only healthy food items would help tremendously

Make food stamps only good for healthy food. No junk food paid for by the government.

Don't think we can do this for people spending money they earned, but you bet your arse we can limit what people on government assistance can buy. If you want to depend on the government for food, fine, but we wont let you eat yourself into diet induced illnesses we will have to pay for again. If you are on food assistance you are definitely also on medicaid.

This should be so uncontroversial.

Pay fat people to try to lose weight is what the democrats solution would be. Probably wouldn't even have milestones, just monthly payments and free healthy foods. Also, don't be racist. Racism makes you fat, Fat.

I am very active. Currently I lift 4 days a week, bike 2 days a week for a total of about 40-50 miles ridden per week and run 2 days a week for a total of about 15 miles ran per week.

Just did a half marathon a few weeks ago. About to train for a full marathon starting in October.

I fast 2 days per week and eat nothing those days. I only eat carbs 3 meals per week.

I think where people get it wrong is they overestimate the number of calories they burn at the gym or while exercising. The gym I go to right now is the same gym I went to last fall. I see familiar faces who are fatter or just as fat as they were a year ago. You can't out exercise a bad diet. People think that they can go to the gym, lift a few weights and do the elliptical a few times a week and then go eat and drink whatever they want.

It's really not that difficult:

No snacking
Limit drinking to weekends
Exercise 3x a week for atlead 40min
Lower Carb intake

Fatties who do not do any of those things will come along shortly to say they can't lose weight because "Muh Condition"

The very first step should have been an international call by the American POTUS to ban GOF research. Its extremely unsettling that this hasnt been done.
